This first layout is indeed adorable! The featured photos show two very cute girls! The rainbow on this page is created simply by adding watercolor stripes (notice how they blend together at the bottom of the page) to some watercolor paper, creating a very colorful and somewhat grungy looking background.

Notice how the horizontally clustered flowers have been arranged in the rainbow colorful order as well. This creates a cohesive look despite the great number of added page elements.

The gold-lettered title picks up the gold-tone stripes of the background paper beautifully and this makes it the perfect finishing touch.

This layout celebrates the love of color by showing photos of wonderfully colorful scrapbook layout creations. It almost becomes an “Inception-style” kind of layout!

The rainbow colors are added to the page in two ways: first of all in the letters of the title and second of all in the collection of cute patterned paper tags that are vertically aligned across the page.

What a great idea for using up some scrap paper! The added baker’s twine strings, also in the rainbow color formation, add some playfulness to the layout.

I love the division of the page into a part with a neutral background and a part with a patterned paper background. The addition of the doilies in between the photos are the perfect finishing touch.

This very unique layout shows another way to use a rainbow of colors on your scrapbook pages. Every slice of the pie is filled with lovely pastel-tinted patterned paper and matching embellishments. The two featured photos are precious! The whole layout has a very optimistic and joyful vibe, perfect for documenting special moments or special persons! Notice how the faces on the photos are not completely visible, but are cut off. This gives an extra sense of playfulness to the page.

This layout, filled with lovely rainbow colored hearts, will make anyone smile. And add the photos of the cute girl to that and a very special scrapbook page is born! What a fun and colorful layout. And such a simple idea: just grid up those colored hearts on both sides of the photo column! Notice how the hearts are made from vellum-like lightweight see-through paper, giving the grid a light and airy feeling. And the hearts are also double layered with a smaller heart on top of the larger one, adding dimension to the page.

Another supercute layout, this time featuring an actual rainbow! I just love those colorful polkadot patterned papers, they are so joyful and fun! The page is inspired by the little rainbow tank top the girl is wearing. Apart from the lovely rainbow (complete with fluffy clouds!), the layout also contains many rainbow-colored tags, some with matching buttons and baker twine bows. And don’t forget the baker twine rainbow that runs horizontally across the page! Such a fun layout!

This layout has a completely different take on the rainbow theme. Again, the page is inspired by the lovely rainbow dress the “Rainbow Girl” in the middle has on, but this time, the rainbow photo frame is created by adding all sorts of different elements. It doesn’t matter what they are, as long as they have the right color! My personal favorites are the two little monsters (green and blue). One is even dressed up for the birthday party with his little tie! Making such a photo frame around the featured photo is not only fun, it is also a great stash-busting idea!

Who said that rainbows and Christmas can’t be combined? Well, whoever it was has been thoroughly proven wrong with this gorgeous page! The rainbow-colored Christmas trees (made out of lovely gingham patterned paper) circle around the central photo cluster. The photo is framed with more traditionally colored Christmas embellishments, but these absolutely don’t clash with the circle of rainbow-colored pine trees around it. Notice all the little details on this page: the white stitching around the edge of the layout, as well as on several of the embellishments and the little bird perching in the Christmas tree. The three little reindeer are the perfect finishing touches.

Classic, colorful and timeless. This layout has it all. I love the deep bright colors of the different sized circles in combination with the white of the background and the black of the title and photos. Every circle has stitching on the edge. The white space in between the circles is filled with enamel dots and rhinestones. The circle-filled part of the page is beautifully balanced out by the white spaces on both sides. The black title and black and white photos really pop off the page. Simple, elegant and beautiful!

This layout has a more bohemian look to it, with the stitched little patterned paper pieces on top of a kraft paper background. What a great stash buster! All the little paper pieces are stitched in a cute little rainbow that points towards the featured photo resting on a cloud. I love the “lopsidedness” of the rainbow. This adds some character to the page. Notice the stitching around the cloud: it is not perfect, but very cute! Even the little sun is made of different little yellow scraps of paper!

When in doubt, combine your rainbow with a black and white photo. This way your colors really pop, as does the photo. It really is a win-win combination. I love that the edge of the rainbow is made in a swirl and ends in a gorgeous set of rainbow-colored buttons. Again, a great stash buster, and it gives the page a playful vibe. The photo itself is beautiful and rightfully deserves pride of place on this layout. And the title fits perfectly. This page is absolutely gorgeous!

What a fun and simple idea! Just add a circle of overlapping circles and hey presto: a great scrapbook layout! I love the way the overlaps between the color circles gives the page a three dimensional look. The circle theme is continued in the shape of the feature photo (and for the observant in the shapes of the watercolor palette the girl is painting with). The background is made up of grey and white angled stripes that help to make the color of the circles really pop. I love the simplicity of this layout. It is simple, but has a great effect.

If you love color, flowers and rainbows: look no further! This layout is filled to the brim with a very colorful flower arrangement. What a great idea and what a great stash-buster! I love the mix and match of the different flower styles and the way they are all put together. Did you notice the little buttons in there? And the adorable little snail? All the colors point towards the main photo of the cute little kids. Notice the pink and white stitching and the enamel dots as the perfect finishing touches.

A double page spread filled with rainbow colored goodness! This Easter egg hunt is memorized with colorful strips of washi tape and matching buttons. Those buttons add a wonderful three dimensional effect to the layout, as well as some playfulness. I love that the photos on these pages are a mix of closeups (featured on the right side page) and group- and situational shots (on the left side page). The combination of these photos really tell the story of this awesome Easter day!

Get out those watercolors and get painting! This gorgeous layout is brimming with color and creativity. Aren’t those colorful mason jars adorable? What a great idea! No need for precision painting, just dab those colors on and either stamp or draw your jars (or any other shape) on later. Just make sure that the paint is dry first! Again, the colors pop wonderfully against the black and white photos. The big “Love” title is beautiful and the playful finishing touches (the little hearts, butterflies and colorful paint splatters) are very cute!

I love an action sequence photo shoot. This layout is a very good example of how to document photos like that on paper. Put the photos in a photo-strip style grid. Notice how the stitching and the wobbly letters of the title add to the sense of movement in the photos. And, of course, some cute mini polka dotted patterned papers create a sweet little rainbow that is embellished with different sizes of buttons. The two little butterflies are the perfect finishing touches.

This layout is an interesting mix of grunge and rainbow. The grunge effect is established by the wrinkles in the background paper (such an easy way to create instant texture for your pages!), the sloppy frame doodle around the layout, the choice of title font lettering and the addition of black to the rainbow-colored photo frame. I love that black color, not only does it make the other color really pop, but it also adds some visual weight to the layout. The rainbow is further added to the wild brush strokes around the photo and to the letters of the title. It is an interesting looking page with lots of interesting features, despite having a lot of white space!

What a fun way to use your favorite colored drinking straws! The straws add a wonderful three dimensional effect to the page. If you don’t have any straws or if the 3D really isn’t your thing, you can get the same effect with narrow strips of patterned paper or washi tape. Just make sure to keep that wobble effect on the bottom. Notice how the arrangement of the photos adds some playfulness to the page, which fits the subject of those photos perfectly. Using the same photo with different colored dresses is pure genius. It does require a bit of photosoftware skills, but the result is stunning! The little rainbow-colored rhinestones are the perfect finishing touch.

What a beautiful photo on a beautiful layout! I love the vintage vibe of this page. The rainbow colors are quite mute, adding to the vintage feeling, as does the choice of font for the title. The colors are divided by black stitching that all points towards the photo focal point of the layout. The black color is repeated in the title words and in the little tags poking out on the four sides of the layout. The little pendant flag and little star are adorable!

Another rainbow page filled with colorful flowers. The creator of this page has chosen to add a couple of large flowers in every color segment and fill the rest up with smaller flowers, buttons, hearts, embroidery and little brads and enamel dots. The whole colorful page circles around the photo of Aubrey, the cute and stylish little girl in the photo. Notice how the title colors match the rainbow! This layout is a great stashbuster for all those little embellishments you probably have lying around. Perfection!

Rainbows and circles go together like, well, rainbows and circles! This lovely light page features a sweet mother and daughter team surrounded by circles of stitching and little rainbow-colored chevron tags. You can make these with washi tape or cut them from a larger sheet of patterned paper. The colorful sequins add playfulness and even more color to the page as well as a solid amount of bling! The flower cluster breaks the symmetry of the layout and draws the eye to the photo. It is the perfect finishing touch.

I love this very steep angled pastel colored rainbow! The combination of the cute patterned papers is perfect. Notice how not all the colors of this rainbow have the same width. This, and the stitching, add a playfulness and looseness to the layout. The page is filled with very cute tiny embellishments. I love the little wooden pair of glasses and the three dimensional effect of the buttons and puffy stickers. The background patterned paper with the little colored triangles is adorable. Notice how some extra small paint splattering is added to the background paper to create more texture and dimension.

Not only the page is cute, the sentiment that is added is also quite adorable. I love the way the text is added, making use of the rainbow circles around the photo strip. Notice how the placement of these sentences on those circles adds movement. This feeling of movement is enhanced by the addition of arrows and enamel dots to the circles. All in all, this layout has a very dynamic vibe. I’m sure that fit the subject on the photos perfectly. The kid is very cute, and is clearly ready for some mischief!

The rainbow on this very colorful page is made out of lots of small embellishments, another great way to bust that stash! I love the addition of the larger butterflies. This seems to add more weight to the rainbow. The rainbow originates from the photo with the cute kids. The title and added tree embellishments are adorable. I love the use of white space on the page. This makes the rainbow colors pop even more!

This layout shows a completely different kind of rainbow. I love the simplicity of this idea. Get out that paint and start dripping down your page! And then add those little embellishments from your stash that match the colors to add interest and dimension. It’s like you’re beading those embellishments on to the thread of the paint. I love the stitching on the title and the little rainbow banner behind the words. The layout is simple and feels modern and light.

Another layout featuring rainbow paint drips. On this page, however, the paint only provides the background. A lot of different kinds of embellishment are added creating a very funky kind of rainbow. I love the dimension and texture those different materials add to the page. There is even a pin in there! I also love the title and journaling. What a great idea to use the colors to tell the world a little bit about yourself. The added string of photos supports the theme perfectly. You can see all the colors in the lady’s outfits!
